• Discussion with Mace and Alma Kaizen Limited on the development of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in the UK

• Exchange with Mott MacDonald on the High Value Manufacturing Catapult(HVMC), including experience sharing, current projects, and future plans

• A visit to Oxford University and participate in an innovation seminar

• A visit to the Building Centre and gain insights on Mace’s experience in the New Hospital Programme, PCE's Hybrid Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) construction systems, and Unipart’s solutions and products

• A visit to Imperial College London for exchange activities
