Member's personal data is collected and kept for processing the application for membership and related administration purposes. The data provided will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of the HKSAR.
Upon receiving a completed application form, BTRi will provide further details about the membership and issue an invoice along with payment instructions. Membership is considered active only upon full payment of the membership fee.
The membership year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Members shall pay an annual membership fee, due on 1 January each year.
BTRi reserves its right to accept or refuse at its sole discretion any application for Membership and/or the renewal thereof and is not obliged to give any reasons therefor.
BTRi reserves the rights to review, edit, or remove all or part of the member-submitted information from BTRi publication, including but not limited to member’s company profile, logos and/or information related to its products or services.
Membership and benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable. All membership fees are non-refundable.
BTRi reserves the right to amend the membership benefits, contents and terms at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of BTRi.
